favor by the government over another person in an attempt to help them to realize their dreams. We The People would tell our government how to behave – not vice versa.
US-First looks forward to a time when Americans will once again be free to live their lives as they choose -- so long as they allow others to do likewise. We used to have such a time in America -- although, unfortunately, some among us were not allowed to have a part in it. The next time will be better because all citizens will be able to participate in and enjoy the freedoms and liberties on which this nation was founded. There will not be any "Whites Only" or "Nicht fur Juden!" laws on the books.
In an US-First America, Government will not confiscate a large percentage of your income to be squandered on pork or given against your will to others across town or around the world. You will have the freedom to open a business, till your land, educate yourself, hire and fire who you want, and give your worldly possessions to your children or to strangers when your time here is up.
Finally, and firstly, in an US-First America, power will flow from "the little guy" up to the city, state, and national governments. Multi-national corporations will have to operate here in such a way as to benefit us before their bottom line -- or they'll be free to move out. Foreign goods will be subject to tariff to make their cost on the store shelf just a little higher than comparable products made here. The taxes foreign entities pay to have their goods come onto our shores will allow our people to pay that much less in taxes. The net effect of lower taxes and higher prices on foreign-made goods will be that we’ll all be able to "Buy American" -- or to choose foreign-made goods if we deem them of higher quality. American industry will be spurred on. We'll no longer have to rely on the goods made by today's friend to equip our military when they become tomorrow's enemy and refuse to sell us the rope we'd use to hang them. Neither will our leaders any longer sell, or allow to be sold, that which our enemy needs to hang us.
US-First's MISSION is to bring the US-First Vision For America to fruition by acting as an umbrella and coordinating organization for the numerous factions which share in the majority of our vision or who can be of help in securing some portion of it.

THE POSITIONS WE TAKE at US-First are based on one thing -- the US Constitution -- as envisioned by the Founding Fathers. Not political correctness or expediency. Not desires of altruism. Not popular opinion or want. The US Constitution defines what the United States government may do and what it may not do. The wisdom of the Founding Fathers is sufficient to understand the US Constitution. We reject any notion that their wisdom is not relevant for the times in which we find ourselves today; for the biblical book of Ecclesiastes and other ancients declare to us, "There is nothing new under the sun" and, "That which is past is once again". While technology has certainly changed since the time of Solomon, Washington and Jefferson, human nature most certainly has not -- and the US Constitution addresses human nature.
Our views -- when implemented -- will result in a drastic reduction in the size of the federal government and its reach into our daily lives, much more money in the hands of We The People to spend as we see fit at the state and local level and for charity at home and abroad, and sound foreign policies which will go a long way to keeping us at peace with other peoples on this planet...
GOVERNMENTAL REFORMS
Several wide-ranging factors have contributed to the state of our nation on this day. In order to be able to properly address specific issues, we must first, or at least simultaneously, address these systemic problems. Two solutions presented here are:
The Senate -- Repeal the 17th Amendment to make their selection again up to the state governments, to give the several states the hand in the doings of Congress that they need to ensure that their voices are heard. The House Of Representatives is the voice of We The People in Congress. Texas, Idaho, Vermont, and the other 47 states currently have no voice in the federal government.
Jury Nullification -- refers to the right -- and duty -- of juries to try not only the facts of a case, but also the law (or the application thereof). A jury may refuse to convict if it, that is to say, any one juror, finds that the law under which the defendant(s) was brought before it is an unjust law, or that the law is being applied unjustly in this particular case. No person or court, whether the presiding judge or the US Supreme Court, may override the decision of the jury to acquit. Nor may any member of the jury be prosecuted for his decision to acquit.

Considering that jury nullification in the year 1670 involving William Penn, founder of Pennsylvania, resulted in most of our First Amendment freedoms, US-First insists that every jury must once again be told of this right -- and duty -- to try the law as well as the facts -- by the presiding judge. Failure to do so should be grounds for dismissal of any verdict of "Guilty" -- no matter how heinous the crime.
FOREIGN AFFAIRS
George Washington warned us in his Farewell Address against entangling ourselves in the affairs of other peoples and nations, and we have ignored his advice to our own peril. Two things to consider:
A treaty can never supercede the US Constitution.
US-First calls for withdrawal from NATO, SEATO and other such mutual-aid treaties, and for bringing our troops home from permanent stations in Europe and Asia. Aircraft carriers and submarines allow us to project our power wherever we feel it’s needed without the cost of maintaining permanent land-based bases abroad.
DOMESTIC ISSUES
Taking into consideration what we have to say under "Governmental Reforms", US-First offers solutions and direction on a wide range of specific issues and areas of concern, too numerous for this small brochure. In brief, we call for enforcing of our borders and that immigrants should integrate, getting rid of the Federal Reserve System, restrictions on the use of eminent domain (the taking of private land for public use), the FDA to act in an advisory manner only (your body, treat it as you will), ending of federal grants to states, removal of registration requirements and restrictions to gun ownership and carrying by law-abiding citizens, and an end to abortions, the meddling of government in private religious affairs, and the creation of a state religion -- anti-Christianity.
